Before
AfterHow We Work
Four simple steps, the same on every job.
- Step 1
Free site visit
We come out, look at the space, take measurements and talk through what you want, your budget and the material options.
- Step 2
Written quote
You get a written quote with a clear breakdown. Once you are happy, we order materials and agree a start date with you.
- Step 3
The build
Our team does the work and keeps the site tidy as we go. If anything changes, we talk to you before we carry on.
- Step 4
Handover
We walk round the finished job with you, clear away all our waste, and only take final payment once you are happy.

Common Questions
More answers on our FAQ page.
Do you charge for a quote?
No. We come out, measure up and give you a written quote with no charge and no obligation.
Do you take a large deposit?
No. We agree payment terms in writing before any work starts, and the final payment is due on completion.
How soon can you start?
It depends on the season and the size of the job. Get in touch and we will give you an honest start date rather than promise one we cannot keep.
Do I need planning permission?
Many garden and building projects do not, but it depends on the property and the work. We check planning and building regulations requirements for your home before anything starts.
Are you insured?
Yes. We hold £5M public liability insurance.
Do you work in winter?
Yes, all year round. Some work depends on the weather, and we plan around it and keep you informed.
